Welcome to our online - Pay for Counselling Services. Thanks for choosing one of our friendly, experienced Counsellors.

All appointments can be scheduled as in person or on-line sessions. Please call the office 250-860-3181 if you need to make a change or if you have a credit on your account to be used for your appointment

** NOTE - THERE IS AN INITIAL AND ANNUAL INTAKE FEE ($25 Individual, $35 couple, $50 family) FOR ACCESS TO ANY OF OUR SERVICES.** Your Intake Fee helps support all of our programs. Please let us know if payment is a barrier for you.

An Intake Form will be emailed to you after booking your first appointment . Please complete and return prior to your appointment. This allows your Counsellor to prepare in advance to make your initial session more efficient**

FEE FOR SERVICE PRICES - - Individual Counselling - 60 mins. - $145 - Couples / Family Counselling - 75 mins. - $175

Counselling is the skilled and principled use of relationship to facilitate self- knowledge, emotional
acceptance and growth and the optimal development of personal resources. The overall aim is to provide
an opportunity to work towards living more satisfyingly and resourcefully. Counselling relationships will
vary according to need but may be concerned with developmental issues, addressing and resolving
specific problems, making decisions, coping with crisis, developing personal insights and knowledge,
working through feelings of inner conflict or improving relationships with others.

The counsellor’s role is to facilitate the clients work in ways that respect the client’s values, personal
resources and capacity for self-determination.

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor who is trained in Somatic Experiencing, I can help bring purpose and meaning back into life. Somatic Experiencing works to help build your resilience and help your nervous system to self regulate. Somatic Experiencing allows me to help you to get to the core of traumatic incidences.

Sometimes life can feel like it has been derailed. Sometimes life is going well then one incident or more can leave you feeling overcome with overwhelming thoughts, feelings and emotions. Fear, anger, anxiety or depression can consume your life. Your personal relationships may be falling apart.

My intention is to provide a space where you will feel safe and welcome just as you are. We will make sense of difficult feelings, such as anxiety, anger, fear or depression that may overwhelm you. The results are more resilience, better relationships and a better you. Working together and connection are key, we are not meant to do this journey alone.

I also can work from other modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and from an Attachment perspective.
