Appointments are available in person or online. If you need to make a change to your booking, or if you have an existing credit you’d like applied, please contact our office at 250-860-3181.

Before your first appointment

After booking your first session, you will receive an intake form by email. Please complete and return this form prior to your appointment so your counsellor can prepare and make the most of your initial session.

Fees: Counselling fees are noted on available sessions.

Health note: If you or someone you have been in close contact with is unwell, please do not come to the office. We’re happy to support a switch to an online session when needed.
